I work with adults, young adults and adolescents with a broad range of challenges. I also help parents navigate the rollercoaster of parenthood. I specialize in adoption, OCD and life transitions. My approach is relational, practical and conversational as I help clients explore relationship issues and everyday stressors in family life, work, and school.

I am a LGBTQ+ and neurodiversity-affirming therapist. My style is both practical and playful, and as a relational therapist, we will collaborate to meet your unique needs. Using a variety of modalities, including play therapy across the life span, I help clients explore and work through identity and relationship issues, as well as everyday stressors in family life, work, and school.

I specialize in helping adults navigate life transitions, relationships, traumas, losses and issues linked to depression and anxiety. I support my clients as they move closer to the fulfilling life they desire. I maintain an approachable and direct manner, and believe our relationship is instrumental to the success of your treatment.
Izzy Trask, LMSW
I work with clients across the lifespan including little ones (as young as three), kids, teenagers, and adults. With an eclectic, psychodynamic approach to working with clients; I value creativity and humor, and believe in building meaningful relationships while centering client’s strengths. I incorporate play therapy techniques in my work with all ages, and offer Child Centered Play Therapy (CCPT) for kids as well as Filial Therapy for parent-child work. I am passionate about working with young people and their families, queer folks, and people interested in alternative relationships and family structures.

I specialize in a range of areas, including anxiety, life transitions, attachment issues, and relationship concerns involving friends, family, romantic relationships, and workplace interactions. Additionally, I address the unique challenges faced by high achievers and perfectionists. My approach emphasizes personal growth and fulfillment by creating a safe, empathetic space to explore unhelpful patterns and limiting narratives.
